Nonsupport
• Daniel Ray Leyva, 33, was charged July 18 with nonsupport. He is accused of being more than $ 37, 500 past due on child support payments. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Theft of rental property
• Donny Doshier, 32, and Elaine Doshier, 36, of Springdale were charged July 17 with theft of leased or rented property. They are accused of renting a washer, dryer and sofa chair from Buddy's Home Furnishings and failing to pay for or return it.
Nonsupport
• Stephen Franks, 22, of Springdale was charged July 18 with nonsupport. He is accused of being more than $ 4, 300 past due on child support payments. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
