Ashley Christine Meek of Gravette and Scott Andrew McKenzie of Tulsa, Okla., plan to marry at 7 p.m. Aug. 1, 2008, at Gravette Church of Christ in Gravette.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Betsy and Mike Meek. She is the granddaughter of Billie and Hurshel Keith of Hiwasse and Rowena and the late Dale Meek of Gravette.
She is an elementary education major at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla.
The prospective groom is the son of Nancy and Paul McKenzie of Gravette. He is the grandson of the late Betty and Leland Robertson and the late Isabella and Paul Albert McKenzie.
He has an associate's degree in nursing from Crowder College in Neosho, Mo., and is an ER nurse at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Okla.
