To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts.

Police call information is reported for the 24 hours ending at 6 a. m. Friday. Only felony arrests are reported.

Sept. 4 Robert W. Avery, 36, was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery, habitual offender, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms and unauthorized use of property to facilitate crime. Larry R. Bowen, 38, was arrested on a charge of violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Jerome M. McConnell, 30, was arrested on charges of first-degree forgery and second-degree forgery. Robert R. Miller, 35, was arrested on a charge of arson. Jeremiah E. Mills, 18, was arrested on charges of residential burglary and theft of property. Stephanie D. Phillips, 29, was arrested on charges of first-degree forgery, seconddegree forgery, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card, manufacturing narcotics or methamphetamine, theft of property and violating the Arkansas Hot Check law. Sept. 5 ARRAIGNMENTS Cheryl A. Brendt, 41, pleaded innocent to charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution and criminal use of a prohibited weapon. Trial was set for Nov. 7. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Tony W. Carney, 36, pleaded innocent to a charge of third-degree domestic battery. Trial was set for Nov. 7. He was held in lieu of $ 5, 000 bond. Bradley D. Combs, 22, pleaded innocent to charges of fleeing and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Trial was set for Nov. 7. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond. Colleen M. PLEAS Ashley N. Bastion, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of terroristic threatening. She was sentenced to five years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 180 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. She received credit for time served. Angelia L. Whitehorn, 34, pleaded guilty to charges of two counts of possession of methamphetamine, possession of Dolophine, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with five years suspended. She was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 145 in court costs. She received 40 days ’ jail credit. Crystal G. Cardoza, 31, pleaded guilty to a charge of tampering with physical evidence. She was sentenced to three years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 180 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. She received credit for time served. Lawrence Sorenson, 50, pleaded guilty to charges of fleeing and seconddegree battery. He was sentenced to 12 years in the Department of Correction with six years suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 20 in court costs. Joshua Rivera, 26, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 145 in court costs. Samantha G. Slavens, 33, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of methamphetamine and furnishing prohibited articles, hydrocodone. She was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. She was ordered to pay $ 145 in court costs. Jennifer D. Langston, 23, pleaded guilty to a charge of filing a false report with law enforcement. She was sentenced to three years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs.

REVOCATIONS Kenneth L. Judkins, 44, admitted violating his probation on an original charge of first-degree battery and pleaded guilty to a charge of felony possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with 12 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 20 in court costs. He received 43 days ’ jail credit.
