To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts. Police call information is reported for the 24 hours ending at 6 a.m. Wednesday. Only felony arrests are reported. All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Benton County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Sept. 2 Rocio Barrios, 32, was arrested on one count of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law and four counts of failure to appear. Zenaido Diaz-Sanchez, 34, was arrested on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. David L. Pennington, 52, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear. POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 11: 18 a.m. A woman at 2 Lynn Lane in Rogers reported mail stolen from her mailbox. 9: 09 p.m. A woman on Ross Road in Sulphur Springs reported her husband beat, hit and choked her. Bentonville Police Department ARRESTS Sept. 2 Maxwell W. Horton, 22, was arrested on charges of accomplice to residential burglary and theft of property. POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 7: 32 a.m. A woman on Southeast 10 th Street reported her husband was stalking her. 9: 12 a.m. A man at 1007 N. Main St. reported his lawnmower stolen from his shed. 5: 17 p.m. A man at E-Z Mart, 1009 S. E. 14 th St., reported someone blocked his car and kicked in the side door. 8: 05 p.m. A woman at Simmons Suites, 3001 N. E. 11 th St., reported her purse stolen from her car. 8: 23 p.m. A woman at 307 N. E. Second St. reported her son’s video game system and games stolen from their home.

Sept. 3 12: 57 a.m. A man at 902 N. E. Second St. reported his estranged wife stole his wallet and important documents. 2 a.m. A woman at 306 S. Main St. reported a man hit her son. Rogers Police Department ARRESTS Sept. 2 Melvin L. Farris, 39, was arrested on a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. Linda L. Johnson, 45, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Charmaine Wallace, 23, was arrested on a charge of theft. POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 7: 30 a.m. A woman at 307 Brandon Blvd. reported her car broken into. 7: 50 a.m. A caller at 1600 Beth Drive reported a truck broken into. 10: 20 a.m. A caller on North 31 st Street reported a rape. 10: 44 a.m. A caller at 5206 Village Parkway reported credit cards stolen. 4: 24 p.m. A woman on North C Street reported her husband threatened to kill her. 10: 05 p.m. A caller at 215 Southern Trace Drive reported a prowler. 10: 40 p.m. A woman on Cierra Drive reported someone abusing her 5-yearold son. Washington County Circuit Court JUDGE RAY REYNOLDS Sept. 3 ARRAIGNMENTS Silas S. Castillo-Zecena, 32, pleaded innocent to charges of second-degree forgery and two counts of second-degree sexual assault. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. Amorscott B. Chavez, 29, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. Luis E. Delatorre-Rivera, 28, pleaded innocent to a charge of aggravated assault. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. Bryan O. Garcia, 20, pleaded innocent to a charge of robbery. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was released on $ 6, 500 bond. Armando Gutierrez, 40, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of hydrocodone. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. Steven S. Jackson, 26, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was released on $ 5, 040 bond. Leandro Martinez-Umana, 32, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. Juan Mejia-Moreno, 23, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. Franklin Morris, 42, pleaded innocent to charges of failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held in lieu of $ 75, 000 bond. Vilayvahn Mousom, 27, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. A trial was set for Nov. 6. She was released on $ 3, 500 bond. Oscar A. Orellana-Ascenio, 30, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. Rafael Perez-Mena, 35, pleaded innocent to a charge of second-degree forgery. A trial was set for Nov. 6. He was held without bond. REVOCATIONS Christopher M. Brady, 22, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of theft of property. A hearing was set for Nov. 6. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. JUDGE WILLIAM STOREY Sept. 3 PLEAS Michael D. Holloway, 27, pleaded guilty to charges of two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of robbery. He was sentenced to 40 years in the Department of Correction with 20 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 20 in court costs. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Sept. 2 Robert Perry, 22, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Robert Allen, 50, was arrested on a charge of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law. Travis Hawkins, 22, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. James Blount, 46, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Katie High, 21, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Heather Hall, 31, was arrested on a charge of contempt of court. Shane Murphy, 22, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Ramiro Fierros-Garcia, 29, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Kevin Luper, 35, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated, fourth offense. Larry Mulanax, 35, was arrested on a charge of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law.

Ed Edwards Road, Fayetteville, reported his yard wrecked, the cellar damaged and glass everywhere. 11: 33 a.m. A caller in West Fork reported a sexual assault. 1: 09 p.m. A caller at 1078 S. Hewitt Springs Road, Springdale, reported 120 gallons of diesel fuel stolen. 7: 13 p.m. A man at ©58 Wooded Lane, Fayetteville, reported the bed stolen off a dump truck. Fayetteville Police Department ARRESTS Sept. 2 Jacob Barnes, 28, was arrested on charges of residential burglary, manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Joseph Coker, 22, was arrested on charges of residential burglary, manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 8: 12 a.m. A man at 56 S. Woodsprings Drive reported a screen cut. 8: 26 a.m. A woman at the Department of Human Services, 4044 N. Frontage Road, reported an iPod stolen. 9: 12 a.m. A woman at 3000 S. School Ave. reported a building broken into and money missing from a register. 9: 21 a.m. A man at 1435 W. Hotz Drive reported a window broken. 9: 32 a.m. A man at 775 W. Trout Drive reported money missing from an office. 10: 23 a.m. A man at 1840 N. Leverett Ave. reported a theft. 12: 58 p.m. A man on North West Avenue reported an assault. 1: 09 p.m. A woman on South Radisson Drive at West Crowne Drive reported a man threatened her with a knife. 3: 47 p.m. A woman on West Wedington Drive reported a man threatening her. 3: 49 p.m. A woman on South Razorback Road at West Sixth Street reported witnessing a driver threatening another driver and trying to run him off the road. 3: 54 p.m. A woman on North Tourmaline Way reported her husband calling and harassing her, and she had a protection order against him. 4: 31 p.m. A woman at 1790 N. Birch Ave. reported a storage unit broken into. 5: 22 p.m. A man at 1112 N. Washington Ave. reported a theft. 5: 55 p.m. A woman at 3081 N. Arkansas 112 reported a wallet stolen from a shopping cart. 7: 07 p.m. A woman on East Fairlane Street reported her 12-year-old daughter struck across the back with a belt by her father, and he made her stand outside in the rain. 7: 31 p.m. A woman on North Raven Lane reported her ex-boyfriend contacting her and threatening to kill her even though he had a protection order against her.

Sept. 3 1: 27 a.m. A caller on South School Avenue reported a woman slapped by a homeless man. 1: 29 a.m. A man on North Oakland Avenue at West Douglas Street reported a windshield broken. University of Arkansas Police Department POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 11: 37 a.m. A student reported items stolen from a glove box of a vehicle while parked in Lot 44. Springdale Police Department ARRESTS Sept. 2 Ruben Ramirez-Sanchez, 29, was arrested on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Jason Shackelford, 39, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault on a family or household member and thirddegree domestic battery. Leasha Cook, 29, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. Jimmy Munoz, 22, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. POLICE CALLS Sept. 2 10: 03 a.m. A caller at 229 Casteel Lane reported a burglary. 10: 22 a.m. A caller at 580 E. Randall Wobbe Lane reported a theft. 11: 29 a.m. A woman at 2085 Crystal Court reported a burglary. 12: 56 p.m. A man at 1400 Jean St. reported a theft. 2: 22 p.m. A woman at Value Place Hotel, 4397 Dixie Industrial Ave., reported a laptop computer stolen. 4: 13 p.m. A caller at Outdoor America, 5320 W. Sunset Ave., reported a theft. 4: 19 p.m. A caller at 2799 Amhurst Loop reported graffiti on the side of a house. 4: 43 p.m. A woman on Berry Street reported arguing with her boyfriend. 5: 04 p.m. A caller at 4005 Lankford Ave. reported fraud. 5: 21 p.m. A caller at 3947 Orleans Ave. reported a residence burglarized. 6: 29 p.m. A caller at 802 Kay Sue Drive reported a burglary. 7: 31 p.m. A man at County Line Liquor, 2885 N. Sept. 3 1: 25 a.m. A caller at Rick & Betty’s 66 Station, 1911 W. Huntsville Road, reported a light on inside the store that should be off.
