To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts. Police call information is reported for the 72 hours ending at 6 a.m. Tuesday. Only felony arrests are reported. All reports include only information immediately available from public records. Benton County Circuit Court JUDGE TOM KEITH Sept. 2 ARRAIGNMENTS Tracy A. Davis, 41, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was ordered to pay a $ 75 public defender user fee. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. David A. Garza, 31, pleaded innocent to charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and sexual indecency with a child. A hearing was set for Sept. 25. He was released on $ 25, 000 bond. Gavin G. Geise, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of leased, rented or entrusted personal property. A hearing was set for Sept. 22. He was released on his own recognizance. Brian K. Kauffeld, 21, pleaded innocent to charges of theft by receiving, commercial burglary and theft of property. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond. William C. Kittrell, 45, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and furnishing prohibited articles. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was ordered to pay a $ 40 public defender user fee. He was released on $ 5, 000 bond. Bobbie J. Knight, 33, pleaded innocent to charges of residential burglary and theft of property. A hearing was set for Sept. 22. She was held in lieu of $ 15, 000 bond. David E. Loos, 46, pleaded innocent to charges of first-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree assault on a family or household member. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was ordered to pay a $ 30 public defender user fee. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond. Somphaphone N. Phothirath, 34, pleaded innocent to charges of aggravated assault and two counts of seconddegree battery. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was held without bond. Monty R. Powell, 40, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of a firearm by certain persons. A hearing was set for Sept. 25. He was held without bond. Geronimo Rico-Ramirez, 52, pleaded innocent to a charge of rape. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was held in lieu of $ 75, 000 bond. Arthur B. Savage, 42, pleaded innocent to a charge of first-degree terroristic threatening. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was held in lieu of $ 7, 500 bond. Alissa Schmoll, 18, pleaded innocent to a charge of breaking or entering. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. She was released on $ 7, 500 bond. Thomas D. Sepulvado, 18, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft by receiving. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. He was ordered to pay a $ 15 public defender user fee. He was released on his own recognizance. Angela M. Wishon, 32, pleaded innocent to a charge of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law. A hearing was set for Oct. 6. She was ordered to pay a $ 10 public defender user fee. She was held without bond.

PLEAS Irma Estrada, 47, pleaded guilty to a charge of two counts of first-degree forgery. She received a 10-year suspended sentence. She was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in fines, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 170 in court costs and a $ 150 interpreter fee. She received credit for time served. Joseph R. Fogle, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking or entering. He was sentenced to 50 days in the Benton County jail and five years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received 44 days ’ jail credit. Revocations Donnie W. Case, 35, admitted violating his probation on original charges of residential burglary and theft of property. His probation was extended 1 1 / 2 years. He was ordered to pay his balance of $ 2, 506. 25 or serve in the Benton County jail at $ 40 per day until the balance is paid. He received six days ’ jail credit. Benton County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Aug. 31 Edward J. Fair Jr., 24, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and probation or suspended sentence violation.

Sept. 1 Mark Cruz, 27, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation. POLICE CALLS Aug. 29 10: 46 a.m. A woman on West Arkansas 12, Gentry, reported arguing with her boyfriend all morning and he refused to let her leave. 7: 57 p.m. A woman on North Old Wire Road, Garfield, reported her daughter calling and saying her boyfriend was trying to kill her with a knife. Aug. 30 9: 40 a.m. A woman at J & K Storage, 19632 N. Arkansas 127, Garfield, reported the lower unit of a boat taken. 2: 14 p.m. A caller near the Monte Ne Boat Ramp, Rogers, reported a man yelling at him for no reason. 6: 13 p.m. A man on Lane Loraine, Rogers, reported his wife’s son banging on the door and he wanted him removed. 9: 47 p.m. A man on East Arkansas 264, Lowell, reported his wife trying to keep him and his parents from leaving. Aug. 31 1: 15 a.m. A man at 16469 White Oak Ridge Road, Pea Ridge, reported finding a front door open. 8: 41 a.m. A man on South State Line Road, Siloam Springs, reported an all-terrain vehicle fell out of a truck and damaged a mailbox. 2 p.m. A woman at War Eagle Mill, 11045 War Eagle Road, Rogers, reported two people parked on the bridge refusing to move and traffic backed up on both sides. 11: 13 p.m. A caller on North Arkansas 94 at White Oak Hollow Road, Pea Ridge, reported five or six people fighting.

Sept. 1 8: 07 a.m. A man at 13398 Robbins Road, Springdale, reported a horse missing. Bentonville Police Department POLICE CALLS Aug. 31 7: 25 a.m. A caller at 1110 N. E. Buckingham Blvd. reported cash, a GPS unit, a laptop computer and credit cards stolen from an unlocked vehicle. 7: 50 a.m. A caller at 1204 N. E. Buckingham Blvd. reported finding belongings stolen out of a vehicle. 8: 18 a.m. A caller at 1205 N. E. Buckingham Blvd. reported a vehicle broken into. 9: 24 a.m. A man at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites, 1209 N. Walton Blvd., reported a man and his 15-year-old son left the restaurant without paying for a meal. 10: 11 a.m. A woman at Bentonville Manor Nursing Home, 224 S. Main St., reported a man assaulted by another man. 1: 54 p.m. A woman at E-Z Mart, 1009 S. E. 14 th St., reported men stealing a bicycle and other items. 4: 47 p.m. A man at Wal-Mart Supercenter, 406 S. Walton Blvd., reported a vehicle broken into and a subwoofer speaker stolen. 11: 56 p.m. A woman on Blueberry Lane reported people in a vacant house with a flashlight.

Sept. 1 6: 17 a.m. A woman at Northwest Medical Center, 3000 S. E. Medical Center Parkway, reported suspected child abuse of a 3-month-old child. 10: 25 a.m. A woman at 1108 N. E. Fillmore St. reported tires slashed on two vehicles. 12: 38 p.m. A woman at Northwest Medical Center, 3000 S. E. Medical Center Parkway, reported a dog inside a vehicle for more than 40 minutes. 2: 04 p.m. A man on East Arkansas 72 reported his ex-girlfriend text-messaging and leaving voice messages more than 25 times on his cell phone and he had a no-contact order against her. 4: 57 p.m. A caller on Bella Vista Road reported a man and woman fighting. 9: 03 p.m. A youth on Windsor Lane reported having a bad argument with her parents and she wanted to talk to someone. 9: 38 p.m. A man on Southwest Pearl Drive reported multiple people arguing. 10: 45 p.m. A man on Southwest B Street reported two men fighting and a woman screaming next door.

Sept. 2 1: 59 a.m. A woman on Southeast Moberly Manor Drive reported her exboyfriend banging on the door and refusing to leave. Rogers Police Department ARRESTS Aug. 30 Christopher D. Park, 25, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation.

Sept. 1 Jose Garcia-Rivera, 44, was arrested on a charge of first-degree forgery. William C. Jackson, 31, was arrested on a charge of two counts of manufacturing a controlled substance. Albert A. Jewel, 45, was arrested on a charge of non-support. Jorge L. Saldierna, 22, was arrested on a charge of probation or suspended sentence violation.

Sept. 2 Kendall L. Wright, 46, was arrested on a charge of second-degree domestic battery. POLICE CALLS Aug. 30 8: 03 a.m. A caller at Castle Rental & Pawn, 1231 W. Walnut St., reported a building and delivery truck spraypainted. 8: 56 a.m. A woman at 1149 W. New Hope Road reported graffiti. 9: 03 a.m. A caller at 12 Chestnut Lane, reported graffiti. 9: 06 a.m. A woman at the office of Barry Smith, D. D. S., 112 N. 12 th Place, reported graffiti. 9: 08 a.m. A woman at Rumors Hair & Nail Salon, 110 N. 12 th St., reported graffiti. 9: 10 a.m. A man at 1100 Hilltop Drive reported a garage door spray-painted. 5: 12 p.m. A woman at 300 W. New Hope Road reported a storage unit broken into and items stolen. 6: 11 p.m. A woman at 1400 W. Walnut St. reported graffiti. Aug. 31 12: 27 a.m. A woman on North 16 th Street reported a father found naked on top of a 2-year-old girl. 2: 28 a.m. A woman on East New Hope Road reported a man and woman fighting. 10: 44 a.m. A man at 1305 W. Cypress St. reported his windshield hit and broken by someone throwing bottles out of a vehicle. 5: 03 p.m. A woman at 1149 W. Walnut St. reported paint on a building. 6: 49 p.m. A caller at 1231 W. Walnut St. reported graffiti on the north side of the building. 6: 50 p.m. A caller at 1303 W. Walnut St. reported graffiti on the side of a wall. 7: 01 p.m. A caller at Taste of Thai Restaurant, 104 N. 12 th St., reported graffiti on the side of the building. 7: 23 p.m. A caller at Quarter Shopping Center, 1401 W. Walnut St., reported graffiti. 7: 29 p.m. A caller at O’Charley’s Restaurant, 401 N. 46 th St., reported a phone stolen off of a table. 7: 37 p.m. A caller at 1400 W. Walnut St. reported graffiti. 9: 19 p.m. A woman on East Lilac Street reported her ex-boyfriend textmessaging and harassing her. 9: 32 p.m. A man at 804 E. Lilac St. reported a vehicle egged. Sept. 1 2: 01 a.m. A man at 3203 S. E St. reported a vehicle stolen. 8: 36 a.m. A woman on West New Hope Road reported a man and woman fighting. 12: 46 p.m. A woman in Rogers reported a sexual assault. Sept. 2 12: 27 a.m. A woman on South Dixieland Road reported her husband ran over her legs with his truck. Washington County Circuit Court JUDGE WILLIAM STOREY Sept. 2 PLEAS Adrian Green pleaded guilty to charges of possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and delivery of crack cocaine. He was sentenced to 40 years in the Department of Correction with 25 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee. He received 10 days ’ jail credit. John F. Heathman pleaded guilty to a charge of terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to five years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 500 county restitution and a $ 250 DNA fee. Joshua A. Hillburn pleaded guilty to a charge of second-degree sexual assault. He was sentenced to 98 days in the Washington County jail with time served and 10 years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 150 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. Oscar Martinez pleaded guilty to a charge of first-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 180 days in the Washington County jail and four years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, $ 501 victim restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 150 in court costs. Mark D. Reed pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to deliver methadone. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with nine years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee. Joe A. Simmons pleaded guilty to charges of delivery of cocaine, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. He was sentenced to 60 years in the Department of Correction with 30 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 7, 500 fine, a $ 250 DNA fee and a $ 125 drug crime fee. He received 113 days ’ jail credit. Timothy M. Tucker pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated assault. He was sentenced to two days in the Washington County jail with time served and five years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 150 in court costs. REVOCATIONS Tracy D. Moss admitted violating his probation on an original charge of nonsupport and pleaded guilty to a charge of nonsupport. He was sentenced to six years in the Department of Correction with one year suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 20, 135 victim restitution. He received 13 days ’ jail credit. Washington County sheriff’s office ARRESTS Aug. 31 Richard Crabtree, 61, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Joshua Wootton, 37, was arrested on charges of contempt of court and nonsupport.

Sept. 1 Larry Collins, 42, was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. POLICE CALLS Aug. 31 8: 18 p.m. A woman on Arkansas 303 in Hindsville reported two toy motorcycles stolen from her home.

Sept. 1 9: 27 a.m. A caller at 11040 Wolf Track Road in Summers reported a gun stolen. 7: 25 p.m. A man at 14957 Dogwood Drive in Fayetteville reported someone shooting in his yard. Fayetteville Police Department ARRESTS Aug. 30 Vernon Meyer, 59, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance. Aug. 31 James Arnold, 32, was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of tampering with physical evidence. Megan Barr, 28, was arrested on four counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 1 Ysmael Aguilar, 19, was arrested on a charge of obstructing governmental operations. Leonard Singleton, 29, was arrested on a charge of third-degree domestic battery. Jennifer Smith, 33, was arrested on a charge of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law.

Sept. 2 Deborah Hill, 50, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and second-degree battery. POLICE CALLS Aug. 30 4: 37 p.m. A caller at Northwest Medical Center, 609 Maple Ave., Springdale, reported a woman stabbed in the head and the knees. 5: 40 p.m. A man at 1249 W. Cato Springs Road reported a former employee stole $ 2, 175. 6: 45 p.m. A caller at School Avenue and Mountain Street reported a fight. 8: 52 p.m. A woman at 632 Putnam St. reported her computer stolen from her apartment. 9: 52 p.m. A woman on Baldwin Avenue reported her granddaughter kicked her. 10: 43 p.m. A man at 644 W. Dickson St. reported an unconscious man. Aug. 31 4: 06 a.m. A caller at 1810 W. Pleasant Woods Drive reported someone smashed the windows and roof of his car. 8: 32 a.m. A man at 3315 W. Huntsville Ave., reported a burglary. 10: 54 a.m. A man at 1807 S. Pleasant St. reported a stolen car. 4: 29 p.m. A man at 1209 Shipley St. reported two men fighting. 10: 09 p.m. A man on Olympic Loop reported a friend had been raped.
